Get the patch 1.0c, and the CD-Check patch 1.5 from AOE:ReaLms. Patch 1.5 makes your game run without an OLD cd drive. USE ONLY ONE PATCH.
Copy and paste the entire contents from the.rars to the game folder, and rename.exe to.exe.
Latest Patch 1.0c found on the.rars.
Lastly, perform the CD-Check Patch using the very latest patch 1.5. (Need to get the version prior to 1.5)

Use the CD-check patch but rename it to something like CD-Check.exe_patch1.5
Run the CD-Check patch, but rename it to something like CD-Check.exe_patch1.5.

Refresh game and patch should work. I did that on my PC and it worked. Still downloading on my PC. On Mac you may need to change the location of the games folder to your games folder to get it working.

In your case the game doesn’t look like it’s on the CD like in the patch picture below:

1. Click on menu button (small button that looks like a miniclip ad) on the bottom left corner of the screen.

2. Press the menu button.
