CS6 is the current version of Photoshop, and the features are similar to those in CS4. Unlike Photoshop CS4, however, CS6 is only available as a single download from Adobe for a combined version of the CS and CS Creative Suite products.
You can install Photoshop on a Windows PC and then connect it to a larger network of computers you might use at work or an online server for access to your documents, but the real advantage of a networked Photoshop system is that you can use Photoshop’s features on your home computer as well.
## PhotoShop Elements
PhotoShop Elements is a subset of Photoshop. It’s designed to be a digital photo-editing program with much of the advanced functionality of Photoshop in a simple package. It is intended for beginning image editors.
PhotoShop Elements uses a layer-based editing system that enables raster image creation and altering with multiple overlays that support transparency.
Like the previous versions of Photoshop, Elements 8 offers easy-to-learn tools for photo editing, and there are many helpful tutorials on the market.
PhotoShop Elements 8 is one of several _elementary_ products offered by Adobe. CS6 is the current version. Elements 7 was the last version.

Using Adobe Photoshop
If you’ve ever made a digital photo, you’ve used Photoshop to edit or enhance it. It is easy to use for most users, but there are some features, such as the one used to create the Gif below, that are not available or that are difficult to work with. Photoshop Elements, on the other hand, is designed to be used for these reasons.
It is easier to use the ‘semi-expert’ version, and only takes a few minutes to grasp the basics. The average user only needs to open the Elements app, select a photo, and click the ‘Brush’ icon. It’s as simple as that.
The most common tasks performed in Photoshop can be replicated in Elements, but if you’re a hobbyist, or maybe a web designer, you’ll need a few extra features.
There are many other features in Photoshop, such as layers, Smart Objects, and Adobe Color. With Elements, the options are limited to the ‘semi-expert’ mode, but the features available are good enough to complete most tasks.

Using Adobe Elements
Photoshop Elements is the main image editor in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. The features are limited, but with a few minutes of training, you’ll be editing and creating in no time.
Like Photoshop, Elements has a designated ‘file’ tab (which also contains all of your saved images, for easy access), ‘sequence’ tab (if you want to display more than one image at a time), ‘layers’ tab (for editing and creating layers), ‘effects’ tab (for editing additional filters), ‘raw files’ tab (for files that you don’t want to convert to ‘lossy’ format), and the ‘other tools’ tab.
The ‘other tools’ tab contains the ‘pen’ tool, which can be used to create selections in your image.

I use simple-s3 and gem cancan to upload a model.
I have a controller, the index method serves the table containing all the files uploaded by the user.
How can I detect whether a file has been uploaded? I want to know this before the method is served. Is there a method that returns a boolean value?

Since you’re using SimpleS3, the size of the file has to be greater than zero. So if you look into the documentation for Storage, there is a method on Storage called is_attached?.

Robert Murphy (actor)
Robert Murphy is an American actor, voice actor, film producer, writer and director, most notable as the voice of Zorak, the title character in the animated series Space Ghost Coast to Coast. He has also made an appearance as Kirk Langstrom in the pilot episode of the 2000 series Walker, Texas Ranger.
Career
Robert Murphy was born in Queens, New York City in a family of writers. He has a sister named Nancy, who played opposite him in The New Tommy. He attended New York University.
His mother was an actress, whose most notable performance was The Day of the Jackal (1971). He studied acting with William Mierre (also a former New York University classmate of Sarah Jessica Parker). For his role of Zorak, he used many different voice pitches in different voices for different characters. He also used an empty egg carton to fill with different voices.
He has done voices for radio, tv, and movies. Among those roles are the voices of The Creeper, the Martian Manhunter, the Phantom, the Sandman, the Beast, the Martian Manhunter and the Sandman in The Sandman (TV Series), The Creeper on The Spooktacular New Ghost Stories, Krad on It’s All True and The Creeper on the 1960s TV series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, the Creeper on the 1980s version of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and the Avengers’ Hulkling on The Avengers.
He has also done voices in video games, including the voice of the Alien Mothership in Roswell Conspiracies and as the voice of the Yeti in the Backyard Monsters titles. He voiced the main character in the video games The Lego Movie Videogame and Lego Marvel Super Heroes.
He has been awarded a Critics Circle Award for his portrayal of Uncle Phil on The First 48. He has also received an Emmy nomination for his voice of Zorak on Space Ghost Coast to Coast.
He has also made appearances on shows such as Law & Order, Six Feet Under, Scrubs, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, House, Boston Legal, Earth: Final Conflict, Smallville, Walker, Texas Ranger and Dollhouse.
He worked on Tim Burton’s Ed Wood alongside Sean Maher.
